MENTORING/CONSULTING SESSIONS:
1:1 Sessions- Individual sessions to facilitate your awareness of your goals and desires. These sessions help build self confidence, and self-reliance. Cost: $85/hour
Group Sessions--This is a 12-week program based on Mary Morrissey's Brave Thinking Institute. You will have weekly tapes and workbook assignments to complete along with weekly one-hour discussions. The goal here is to facilitate awareness so you can make decisions that align with your highest good. Cost: $1020 (tapes and workbook included) (payment plans available)
Membership-- After completing the Group Session, membership would include ongoing accountability & support from me with monthly calls for $44/month. Refreshing course information and/or monthly assignments to maintain your growth and awareness.

Swedish Massage -- general relaxation massage

Myofascial Release -- Myofascial release is a technique that relieves the tension in fascia so it can sit and move without pain and restriction.

Orthopedic Massage -- Orthopedic massage is a technique used to work specifically on the ligament and tendons of the body. It helps to break up scar tissue, reduce tension and ease movement without pain.

Sport Massage -- is geared towards care for the athletes to facilitate peak performance. It can be maintenance or pre-event or post-event. .

Pregnancy Massage -- special considerations to address the needs of a pregnant person. Positioning and draping concerns are address as are specific contraindications.

Infant Massage -- Care is given to instruct the parent/caregiver on the proper techniques and pressure to give the baby the best massage. Massage for infants can help with sleep regulations, and teaching relaxation techniques.

Military Veteran Massage -- Military veterans have been faced with many stresses during their terms of service. These experiences can lead to a variety of responses. There is special training to deal with some of the responses the military veterans are faced with. This may include both the physical and the invisible injuries.
