How I came to be.

When I look back on my life I think I have always thought there was a purpose to my life. I remember in high school, I was in our kitchen and had a strange feeling come over me, "Why am I here?" I think I have finally found my "Why?"
There are many synchronicities or coincidences that happen in our lives. I realized that these coincidences have lead me to where I am now. They lead me to go to Elmhurst College which lead me eventually to nursing school which lead me to my work as a psychiatric nurse which lead me to management roles where I learned about self improvement.
Another example would be an injury (torn rotator cuff) lead me to massage which lead me to became a massage therapist which lead me to teaching which lead me to a course in Dream Building.
I could go on but when I was forced into a retirement, I realized that I needed to re-evaluate who I am. I realized that through self-awareness that there are things that I can do to help others and my art is through working with others to facilitate their "aha" moment.
The moral of the story is the awareness that growth is a constant in life. We are constantly growing.
I provide a safe place where you can grow and improve your health and wellbeing. This is my purpose.
